Dave is a 25-year veteran in the insights industry having built and managed sales and operations teams that serviced enterprise-level and startup environments. Dave is passionate about treating people the right way and adding value to every interaction. In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and on many nights you can find him waist-deep in the ocean fishing for striped bass.
Lisa has almost two decades of custom marketing research experience on the agency side, holding various roles such as research project manager, account manager, quantitative methodologist, and analytics translator. She works across all sectors and industries, employing diverse methodologies including behavioral data analysis. Lisa is passionate about assisting clients in solving complex challenges by uncovering actionable insights from data. Outside of work, she resides in Michigan and enjoys outdoor activities like biking, golfing, and spending time at her lake house. She also takes pleasure in watching her two children participate in sports games and dance competitions, while caring for her two Frenchies.
Tony brings over 10 years of software development and cloud experience in industries such as retail, food production, and market research. Tony loves figuring out innovative solutions to business requirements. You would normally find Tony at a rugby match either playing, watching, or coaching his son.

As the former Global Director of Data Acquisition and Technology at Kantar, he led the company’s pivotal shift toward behavioral data and played a key role in scaling AI capabilities across global research operations. Now serving as Chief Data Officer at Qrious Insight, Matt draws on his expertise across network measurement and mobile platforms to develop innovative strategies that help clients unlock the full value of behavioral data.

With over two decades of experience in alternative investments and institutional portfolio management, he has served on investment committees managing over $12 billion in public and private market mandates, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real assets.
Dr. DeCotiis is an accomplished entrepreneur, CEO and successful mergers and acquisition professional in the information and analytics industry. He has built companies from start up to over half a billion in annual revenues. Dr. DeCotiis is currently the Chairman and CEO of Amp Advisors specializing in the information and analysis industries. Previously he founded and/or managed a number of syndicated and custom market research companies including Phoenix Marketing International, NFO Research and PSI Global. He began his career as a Professor at Emory University.
